Enotavola Pino is located among the arcades in the center of Padua, in the network of streets leading to the squares of the covered market 'Il Salone,' just a few steps from the famous Caffè Pedrocchi.
At Pino, you can enjoy a good bottle of wine and have an aperitif, but also have lunch in a beautiful room right in front of the open kitchen, or choose a more intimate small room.
Giuseppe, known as Pino, born in 1977 with roots from Caserta, arrived in Padua after several experiences around Italy, during which he absorbed aromas, techniques, flavors, and typical dishes. Michela and Valentina, his wife and sister-in-law, are the other two souls of the restaurant.
Having been in Padua for over ten years, this venue offers fresh fish dishes in both classic and contemporary versions.

Giuseppe Romano
The owner, Giuseppe Romano, is a Hotel Management Technician, a professional Sommelier, and the owner of a valuable wine cellar that boasts a collection of excellent wines and old vintages. Born in 1977 in a town in the province of Caserta, he learned from his parents—a father who was a craftsman and a mother who was a housewife—the value of passion for one's work and the joy of sharing the pleasure of preparing each dish.
In 2010, he moved to Padua, where he left his managerial career to humbly dedicate himself to cooking. He studies, experiments, researches, and strives to enhance the flavors and traditions of the region and the sea, offering always fresh and genuine products. Through his culinary art, Giuseppe conveys to his customers the simplicity and warmth of his home, allowing them to eat well and in a healthy way.
Moreover, Giuseppe owns a precious wine cellar, rich in fine wines from old vintages, which further enrich the gastronomic experience he offers his customers, ensuring a perfect pairing with every dish. In addition to his personal collection, he has recently started a wine collection for his son Lorenzo, with the intention of passing on to him the passion and winemaking culture of the family.

Eleonora, a philosophy student, is our new anchor in the dining room. After studying pastry at the ALMA cooking school of the Alajmo family and working at Le Calandre (3 Michelin stars), she decided to pursue a career as a waitress. Always smiling, she finds in this job a source of adrenaline and satisfaction. Her passion and enthusiasm make every service special and impeccable.
